Brown Boys in Chocolate was released in June 2005, a week before the London bombings. Because of the novel's controversial nature, interviews and press were pulled. Paul's interview with The Times was finally published on February 6th 2006. Read here. It was deemed 'too sensitive to print' at the time. .

The Craze was released in 2004 to widespread critical acclaim. Paul was nominated to the Arena X Club, the name the magazine gives to a select group of creative, UK-based men responsible for shaping the way Arena readers live and enjoy their lives.

Book rights to The Craze were bought by Mondler Publishers in Russia. The book is to be published there in 2006.
